Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Francisco Bornacelly, who operates Thinkfund (“Thinkfund,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Thinkfund, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Thinkfund is for managing your own personal finances. You may not use it to manage someone else's money without their permission or for a business without our written agreement.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private and use a strong one. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@thinkfund.money if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Thinkfund and Centrix provide general, educational information and tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and we are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax preparer or law firm.

• Centrix does not recommend specific stocks, funds or cryptocurrencies to buy or sell, and does not predict prices.
• Projections, estimates and examples (for example, expected interest or how long a goal will take) are illustrations based on assumptions. Actual results will differ.
• You are responsible for your financial decisions. For major decisions, talk to a licensed professional.

Centrix uses artificial intelligence and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information before you rely on it.

Centrix can propose changes to your budgets and goals, but nothing changes until you approve it. When you directly ask, Centrix can update your Markets & currencies panel. You can change your budgets, goals and panel back at any time.

Don't use Centrix to generate anything unlawful or harmful, or try to make it reveal other people's data.

Market prices, exchange rates, interest rates, weather forecasts, tax dates and similar information come from third parties. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and are for information only. Don't use them to time trades. Always confirm tax deadlines with the IRS or your tax authority.

You own the information you put into Thinkfund. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to any information you add.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or use Thinkfund for fraud, money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Access or try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Probe, scan or test the service's security, or interfere with its operation, except through responsible disclosure to support@thinkfund.money.
• Scrape, copy or resell the service, or use automated means to access it beyond normal personal use.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

Thinkfund relies on other companies, such as sign-in, hosting, email and AI providers, and in the future bank and brokerage connection partners. Your use of their features may also be covered by their terms. We aren't responsible for their services, and an outage on their side can affect Thinkfund.

Thinkfund is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you the price in advance and you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You can stop using Thinkfund at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@thinkfund.money. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or where required by law. If we stop offering Thinkfund, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Thinkfund is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information in it, including Centrix answers, will be accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thinkfund and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data or investment losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information in it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

If you misuse Thinkfund or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@thinkfund.money so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these terms. We'll revise the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Thinkfund after that, you accept the updated terms.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Thinkfund. You may not transfer your account. We may transfer these terms if the service changes ownership.
